Mrs. Ingram has sold real estate for over 40 years. The last 35 years for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services. All of her experience has been in residential sales.

Cindy has been actively involved in relocating many families to Pittsburgh by working closely with several area corporations.

Over the years she has developed a fine reputation in “the marketplace”. In addition, for the past 26 years Mrs. Ingram has been recognized as one of the top Real Estate Professionals in the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area and has consistently ranked in the top 10 at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services.

Kenneth A. Clever

PARTNER/SALES EXECUTIVE

Mr. Clever joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services in 2003 as a sales associate. As a licensed Real Estate Professional, Ken’s concentrations of responsibilities are in Residential Sales, Buyer and Seller Representation, and the development of all marketing for our clients and Ingram Patterson Clever.

Among Ken’s many responsibilities are overseeing most day-to-day operations, research, managing all the online marketing media for all of our clients, all property photography, virtual tour construction and management, scheduling, closing coordination, and all marketing strategies for Ingram Patterson Clever. He also manages multiple websites, organizes all client documentation, and creates and oversees the distribution of property mailings, flyers and brochures with many print and online publication sources.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Ken worked in management in several sectors including retail, merchandising, and hospitality. Mr. Clever also holds a degree in Industrial Design. Ken enjoys spending time with his wife of 25 years and their two children.
